Note: We charge per room for our cleaning services. We estimate the total price by adding up the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, office, and sunroom (if applied). We thoroughly clean the hallways, living room, playroom, and dining room free of charge. Let us know when booking, how many rooms you need cleaned, and the total price will reflect only that number. Recurring Pricing only applies if the cleaning service is booked at least once a month.

Our UpKeep Cleaning Service: $50 Per Room then ($30 per room - Recurring Rate) ~ ( 5-8 hour timeframe for one price)

We come in and Dust every surface and shelf in the home, including ceiling fans. Clean and Polish Glass and Mirrors. Full Cleaning of Sinks, Showers, Bathtubs, Toilets, Faucets, Light Switches, Handles, Vanities, Nightstands, Lamps, Dressers, and Vacuuming furniture. Cleaning the Microwave, Stovetop, Fridge face, Cabinet faces, and outside of the Coffee Machine. Vacuum and mop the floors. Cleaning the window ledges and locks.

Our Top-to-Bottom Cleaning Service: $70 Per Room ~

(two days needed for one price)

Everything included in the upkeep cleaning plus; We Clean the Blinds, Inside the Oven, scrub Tables and Chairs, Spot Wall Cleaning, clean Ceiling Fans, General Organizing, clean Crown Molding, scrub Grout Lines, dust on top of cabinets, wash Baseboards, and cleaning Doors and Frames.

Our Property Care Packages:

These Three New Packages are designed to help you with three specific types of cleanings (See FAQ Page for More Details)

Our Picture Perfect Package is designed to help realtors prepare properties for showings and photoshoots! ~ $40 per room (Book multiple properties to get 10% off each cleaning) ~ (4-6 hour timeframe for one price)

Our Rental Support Package offers peace of mind for your rental properties. It includes a thorough cleaning service, organizing resources creating a welcoming space, and a safety walkthrough to identify hazards, ensuring a comfortable stay for your guests. ~ $60 Per Room then ($150 Per Unit Per Visit - Recurring Rate applies if booked at least once a month) ~ (2-5 hour timeframe for one price)

Our Market-Ready Package is perfect for those preparing to move. We’ll help you pack your belongings and clean the property. ~ $80 Per Room (This price covers a three-day moving timeframe ~ more days can be discussed if needed)

Our time-locked packages provide a budget-friendly way for families to tackle household chores. You create a to-do list, and we'll complete the tasks in a set time. From organizing and cleaning specific rooms to fridge cleaning and washing baseboards, we’re here to help!

We offer these three packages;

Fast and Fresh Cleaning - 3 hours of Cleaning for $100
Everyday Chores Package - 4 hours of Cleaning and Organizing - $200
Home Refresh - 6 hours of Cleaning and Organizing as well as Upholstery and Carpet washing and sanitizing - $350

Introducing Our NEW All Hands on Deck Services:

These tasks are designed to help small business owners improve workplace efficiency and create a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers. We focus on home-based businesses local storefronts, and other service-based businesses that operate out of a garage or office. Our services are offered à la carte at $60 per task, allowing you to save money by only paying for what you need. Choose from the list of tasks below, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If you're interested in us helping you moore than once, set up one of our time-locked packages once a week or bi-weekly to have us be your go-to resource for helping your business run smoothly.
